CURTAIN : Constructed using 115*0.9mm/115*1.20mm Galvanized sheet. BOTTOM PLATE : Aluminum extruded with rubber gasket or MS sheet 3mm mounted with 35x35x5mm angle iron having both side locking system. BRACKET PLATE : M.S sheet thickness ranges from 3mm to 10mm & size of bracket plate depends upon the height/weight of rolling shutter. ROLLER DRUM : Fabricated using mild steel tube with the outer diameter and thickness appropriate for the size and application of the rolling shutter. DOOR LOCKING : Shoot bolts are fitted internally to accept padlock for manually operated Rolling Shutters only. OPERATION : Manually or electrically operated. Locking is not recommended for electrically operated rolling shutter. SIDE GUIDES : MS side guides are supplied with brush seal inserted inside on both the walls of channel optionally.
